Construction of seafront Beirut Yacht Club, consisting of 3 basements with access ramps, ground floor, 4 upper floors and landscaped roof. Residential floors include 53 apartments with corridors and grand atrium, while commercial floors include restaurants, reception hall, health center, swimming pool and pool deck. Works include superstructure concrete, external works, façade, MEP, landscaping, all finishing works and interior decoration. Total built-up area is 47,000 m².
