The Club shall be governed by the present rules and regulations as they may be amended from time to time. Such rules and regulations shall apply to all Members, their guests and any person present on the Club’s premises.
Club Guidelines
Le Yacht Club – Beirut is guided by a set of principles designed to preserve a refined, respectful and exclusive environment for all Members and their guests.
- Access & Guests: Club access is reserved for Members and their invited guests. Members are responsible for their guests at all times, who must remain accompanied during their visit. The Club reserves the right to limit guest access when necessary.
- Conduct & Etiquette: Members and guests are expected to maintain the highest standards of conduct. Respectful behavior towards fellow Members and staff is essential and any misconduct may result in suspension or revocation of Club privileges.
- Use of Facilities: Access to Club facilities may require prior reservation to ensure an optimal experience. The Club reserves the right to restrict access to certain areas for maintenance, private events, or operational reasons.
- Dress Code: A smart casual dress code is required throughout the Club, with appropriate attire expected in each area to reflect the Club’s standards and ambiance.
- Safety & Responsibility: Members and guests use the Club’s facilities at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings. Any damage to Club property may result in applicable charges.
- Privacy & Discretion: The privacy of Members is paramount. Photography, videography and the use of recording devices are restricted and must respect the discretion of others at all times.
- General Policies: To maintain a secure and respectful environment, pets (with limited exceptions), weapons and prohibited substances are not permitted within the Club premises.
